CPAP1000.com specializes in respiratory and medical-grade supplies. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products that come into contact with breath, skin, or bodily fluids.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing a return policy that is clear, fair, and easy to understand.

Returns for Unopened Products

We accept returns on brand-new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible unopened returns include:

Free return shipping label
No restocking fees

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Opened Products Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products, including but not limited to:

CPAP machines
CPAP masks
CPAP mask cushions
CPAP headgear
CPAP humidifiers
CPAP hoses

Once these items have been opened, they cannot be resold or reused safely.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the product you would like to return. Once approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label for eligible unopened products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
